    loan crowdfunding is licensed by MAS?

    now that MAS has licensed crowdfunding for loans, how is it different from before? has anyone invested or borrowd before the licensing?

    with MAS introduction of regulation for crowdfunding platforms, both investors and SME borrowers seeking alternative P2P crowdfunding has greater assurance of platform reliability and protection. However, debt crowdfunding is still a very nascent industry in Singapore and does entail certain risks for both borrowers and lenders alike.
